Every expedition teaches us something new.

The postal service to remote jungle camps can be surprisingly unreliable. But I do eventually see your messages, and you can rest assured that every note is read and appreciated. Your observations help shape future expeditions, additions to my journals, and new discoveries yet to come. I welcome your observations. There are a few things I would particularly like to know.

• Where should our next expedition take us?
• What types of birds are you interested in?
• Would you like to see some of the other beautiful creatures around us?

Until then, I shall likely be somewhere beyond the next mountain, deep within another forest, or following a trail that has yet to appear on any map. I hope to see you soon!
